Terms and Conditions for Sellers Listing Jewellery on Australian Gold and Silver Jewellery:

Eligibility: Sellers must be registered Australian businesses with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) to list jewellery on Australian Gold and Silver Jewellery platform.
Product Listings: Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their jewellery items including materials used, dimensions, and any other relevant details. Misrepresentation of products may result in removal from the platform.
Authenticity: Sellers must ensure that all jewellery listed for sale is authentic and complies with any applicable Australian regulations regarding precious metals and gemstones.
Pricing: Sellers are responsible for setting the prices for their jewellery items. Prices must be in Australian dollars (AUD) and should not include any hidden fees. Sellers must adhere to fair pricing practices and refrain from price gouging.
Listing Fee: Sellers agree to pay a 12.5% administration fee, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), for each jewellery item sold on the Australian Gold and Silver Jewellery platform. This fee is deducted from the final sale price of the item.
Shipping and Handling: Sellers are responsible for accurately calculating and clearly stating shipping costs and delivery times for each jewellery item. They must ensure that items are securely packaged and shipped in a timely manner.
Returns and Refunds: Sellers must clearly outline their return and refund policies for jewellery items. Any disputes regarding returns or refunds will be resolved in accordance with Australian consumer protection laws.
Compliance with Laws: Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, intellectual property rights, and taxation laws.
Customer Communication: Sellers are expected to maintain professional and courteous communication with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
Prohibited Items: Sellers may not list any jewellery items that are illegal, counterfeit, or violate intellectual property rights. Additionally, items promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination are strictly prohibited.
Platform Guidelines: Sellers must adhere to the terms of service and community guidelines of the Australian Gold and Silver Jewellery platform. Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of the seller's account.
Indemnification: Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Australian Gold and Silver Jewellery harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of their use of the platform or any breach of these terms and conditions.
Modification of Terms: Australian Gold and Silver Jewellery reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
